With many options of once a month to weekly coverage, video and photo content, one-on-one meetings for each month's vision, this 3-month retainer will help give you the content you need for your socials.

1. Do you travel for Events/projects?

Yes, we do travel for any events or projects you may have. We are located in Middle Tennessee area so rates of travel will be based on that. We also are in travel and hotel collaborations and would love to partner with local stays, attractions, and experiences.

2. Do you help with planning our sessions?

Yes, we can absolutely help assist in bringing your visuals for your projects come to life. Most cases, client will provide cost of specific supplies at an additional charge.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We don't offer refunds for cancellations in deposits. Depending on contract, full refunds are based on timeline of contract and clauses. For reschedules, we offer credit towards the new rescheduled date within the calendar year but can only reschedule up to two times.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We offer digital files in all packages and prints and albums at an additional charge. Digital deliverables will be sent via our website gallery for photos and Dropbox for videos.

5. What if I'm looking for a different type of media service?

Be sure to contact us about inquiries that you may not see on our website. We offer a wide variety of services and can create custom packages to fit your needs.

6. do you use phones or professional cameras for your videography and photography.

While our main focus is giving you professional content with a mirrorless camera, we do offer content creating packages to fit your needs.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, we offer scheduled meetings for anyone inquiring our services via phone or in-person.

8. How long till I receive the final photos/videos?

Your contract and packages will give you timeline and details on all deliverables.

9. CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES OR SHOTS?

Yes, you can! Please share notes and info like this during any phone, calls, emails, or meetings we have set up.

10. Do You offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans on most of our larger packages and some sessions. Details on consistency of payments/payment plans can be found in contract and initial details.

11. Can we see examples of your work?

Of course! We encourage you to check out our latest projects on our portfolio page/social media where you can view a selection of our past projects. This will showcase a sense of style, capabilities, and compatibility to fit your needs.

12. Can you accommodate last-minute requests?

While we strive to be flexible, last-minute requests may depend on our availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
